Mark commenced his career by purchasing Goldman Plumbing Services Pty Ltd in 1990. As a business owner with 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark has led Goldman’s involvement in a large number of development projects from multi-million dollar residences to the development of the Qantas Trigeneration project. Marks experience over a number of decades has provided him the ability to deliver projects in the most efficient manner possible ensuring consistent on time, within budget results.

Lauren Keeping

Operations Manager

Lauren has thirteen years' experience as the Operations Manager for Goldman Plumbing Services and now the Goldman Group. Lauren has access to and control of all financial transactions for over forty staff and subcontractors and is responsible for the overall running of the business. Lauren has been involved in developing our WHS Management System, Environmental Management System and Quality Management System.

Phil Gallea

Service Manager

Phil began his career as an automotive technician working on light and heavy vehicles. He has over 20 years in the industry as well as the experience gained from owning his own automotive repair business for 6 years. Following a 12 year role as national sales manager Phil now operates our service department, utilising his hands on skills as well as his sales experience to look after our national cogen network.

Working across both the Goldman Plumbing and the Goldman Energy companies Greg has a wealth of experience in both plumbing and Cogeneration projects. Greg has lead the installation of our five BUPA sites in Victoria and Tasmania. Greg has a background in plumbing and project management
