Remote Monitoring

Cogeneration CHP units can be controlled either locally or remotely. To control the Cogeneration unit locally, Keys and control system displays are provided. This can be carried out directly from a connected PC, via Internet or from a mobile phone.

An internet connection can provide monitoring for your cogeneration unit remotely. This helps to maintain maximum efficiency and reliability. We utilise the technology from ComAp for our high tech, integrated control systems. ComAp specializes in creating electronic controls and management solutions for use in the power generation industries and drive power markets. By providing these state of the art products with our equipment we are able to do so much more than just control the CHP unit.

Goldman Energy’s commissioning team can set the Cogeneration Unit up to give you as much, or as little control, as you want. There a range of options:

You can see the operating conditions from the control panel on the engine. This system means that we can optimise your system and removes any issues from your on-site maintenance team

Remote monitoring capabilities

Complete remote control of the system with a visual representation of performance and energy output

You get a visual representation of the system on your BMS. You can monitor the performance but the day to day running of the unit is still done by Goldman Energy.

Full control interface to allow your operators to control the system.

This allows you to fully control the system. We can still see the performance and react to any issues but you can change set points and running time. If you like hands on then this is for you.

Our remote monitoring will provide full diagnostics of the units. This ensures that preventative maintenance can be carried out before any issues occur. This dramatically increases uptime and cost saving.
